This 10.65 acre site is improved with two warehouses. The site provides approximately 1100 feet of frontage long the eastern side of the Quinnipiac River; however, only 300 feet of bulkhead remains usable. The usable section of the bulkhead supports a marine contractor who stages construction barges, equipment and material at the site. The 2007 Strategic Land Use Plan identifies this property as a prime site for the expansion of maritime activity within the port district.
